Okay my advice is to catch him on tape audio wise, is there security cameras at your work? You need proof. Possibly go to the police department and do written statements but one against one isn't enough valid information these days for sexual harassment unless there’s physical abuse then that's a whole different story. If you and the girl can contact the OWNER and tell them what’s going on they should investigate it. You can also contact the Department of Labor and Industries which you should have a poster or some form of contact information in the office/break room. Google it I just did and you have to find your state and file a complaint anonymously. I hope this can give you an insight of what direction to go into. No one should have to go through that, it’s work. Best of luck.
ReplyDeletethanks for the advice tiffany. i never thought about bringing a tape recorder or contating the department of labors. hopefully, the tape recorder will work. i just found out in indiana that you only ahve to have one person consent to a recording and that is you. i'm sure the tape recorder is the most effective way to go about it, but i still am going to call just to make sure. thanks much!
